Join us as Senior Graphic Designer, Vehicles where you will play a key role in creating compelling graphic experiences across the LEGO Vehicles portfolio. Combining strong graphic design expertise with a deep passion for vehicle culture, racing, and motorsports, you will help bring innovative product concepts to life through high-quality graphics that inspire and delight builders around the world.


Working closely with project teams, design disciplines, and stakeholders across LEGO Design, you will transform creative visions into engaging product experiences while helping drive design excellence, innovation, and consumer relevance across the portfolio.


Core Responsibilities


  • Drive the implementation of creative vision and graphic direction established by Project Core Lead Teams.
  • Develop graphic solutions from creative briefs and deliver designs that meet expectations for audience appeal, storytelling, play experiences, and age appropriateness.
  • Explore, visualise, and sketch graphic concepts that can successfully translate into LEGO products.
  • Facilitate graphic ideation and contribute to innovation across the Vehicles franchise.
  • Solve complex graphic development challenges and identify effective design solutions.
  • Collaborate across multiple design disciplines and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to franchise and graphic design teams.
  • Apply deep knowledge of LEGO graphic development processes, responsibilities, and best practices throughout the design journey.
  • Stay informed on consumer insights, trends, and emerging opportunities within vehicle culture, motorsports, and automotive design.
  • Use consumer insights and design expertise to enhance graphic experiences, ensuring relevance, appeal, and strong storytelling.
  • Actively contribute to workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative innovation activities.
  • Leverage graphic design expertise to influence portfolio decisions and support product innovation.

As part of the LEGO Vehicles team, you will help shape the visual identity and graphic expression of products that bring vehicle enthusiasts' passions to life. Your work will combine creativity, technical expertise, and consumer understanding to create engaging experiences that resonate with builders of all ages.

Success in this role comes from balancing creative excellence with practical product development requirements, while fostering collaboration across teams and continuously pushing the quality and innovation of graphic design within the portfolio.


Do you have what it takes?


  • A background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Significant professional experience in graphic design, including experience operating at a senior or lead designer level.
  • Strong ability to create high-quality graphic solutions that align with design briefs, guidelines, and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality design work efficiently and effectively.
  • Expertise in developing graphics for manufacturing and production environments.
  • Deep understanding of graphic design processes and the ability to apply them independently.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle design, racing culture, automotive aesthetics, and emerging industry trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant graphic design tools.
  • Strong design thinking capabilities and understanding of creative development methodologies.
  • Passion for vehicle graphics, liveries, visual identities, and automotive brand expression.
  • Ability to drive graphic design improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous development of ways of working.
  • Experience mentoring others and supporting excellence in graphic design practices.
  • Proven ability to solve complex graphic design challenges and balance creativity with sponsor, brand, and business requirements.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
