We're entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our founding team and help scale our impact.

About the Role
We're looking for someone who thinks like a growth hacker, moves fast, experiments constantly, and loves turning ideas into measurable results.
You'll be responsible for driving awareness, generating leads, increasing course enrolments, growing our community, and helping build a marketing system that scales.
If you enjoy testing new channels, analysing performance, and finding creative ways to grow a business with limited resources, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
* Develop and execute our growth marketing strategy
* Create campaigns that drive course sales and user acquisition
* Build and optimise marketing funnels
* Grow our email subscriber base
* Improve website conversion rates
* Plan and launch referral and affiliate marketing campaigns
* Work with our content and social media teams to maximise reach
* Track KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, engagement, and revenue
* Run A/B tests and identify growth opportunities
* Explore AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
* Experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation
* Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies
* Experience with email marketing and CRM tools
* Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and conversion optimisation
* Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows
* Strong analytical mindset with a love for experimentation
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Startup mindset, you enjoy building rather than maintaining
Bonus if you have experience with:
* EdTech or online education

* HubSpot, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar tools
