At Bluebeam, we empower those who build our world. Part of the Nemetschek Group and trusted by over 4 million users globally, we’re the leading provider of desktop, web, and mobile solutions for paperless workflows that help improve communication and streamline processes across the project lifecycle. From design review to construction coordination, our tools are used by architects, engineers, and contractors in more than 160 countries to collaborate in real time and deliver projects faster with greater accuracy. As part of a global ecosystem of AEC technology brands, Bluebeam is helping drive the digital transformation of the built environment.

At Bluebeam, we empower people to advance the way the world is built. We create smart software solutions that make construction sites more efficient, connected and safe and improve the lives of design and construction professionals everywhere.

The Sr. Growth Strategy Manager will lead and support a number of strategic efforts to generate incremental revenue across the Build and Construct Division’s product portfolio. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and customer-backed insights, this pivotal role will inform the Build and Construct Division’s go-to-market strategy, often through product offering and pricing. Frequent collaboration is expected across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to match customer needs with the Build and Construct Division’s portfolio of value-add products.

About the Role:

  • Conduct complex customer research and market analysis across the construction technology and broader AEC landscape to identify customer needs, external drivers, trends, and willingness-to-pay that inform strategic go-to-market recommendations
  • Design and execute sophisticated analytical tests and define the metrics and KPIs that measure the effectiveness of go-to-market tests and decisions, iterating recommendations to maximize impact
  • Model strategic decision impact by building models that incorporate a range of internal and external analyses to project the revenue and cost effects of go-to-market decisions, including second-order effects, and validating them against historical data
  • Develop data-driven business cases and recommendations that synthesize internal and external data into clear, defensible guidance on pricing and packaging decisions
  • Provide day-to-day project management on go-to-market opportunities requiring cross-functional execution across product, sales, marketing, operations, and other teams within the Build and Construct Division. Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Represent the pricing and packaging function in cross-functional settings by leading discussions, presenting recommendations, and building alignment
  • Champion a culture of innovation and growth mindset within the Build and Construct Division; encourage creative thinking, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • 7+ years of SaaS experience in product pricing, bundling, and packaging of multiple brands, market research, commercial strategy, or a closely related analytical field.
  • Experience in commercial SaaS or B2B software is strongly preferred
  • Market Insight and Execution: Experience in conducting market analysis and customer research to identify customer needs, value drivers, and willingness-to-pay
  • Analytical and Modeling Toolkit: Ability to convert market and internal data into financial models that generate insights and anticipate the impact of pricing and packaging decisions
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to leverage internal data and market insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Pricing Expertise: Ability to establish different pricing models, price levels, discount structures, and monetization approaches based on a variety of pricing research methods (e.g., conjoint analysis, Van Westendorp, A/B testing)
  • Packaging Expertise: Understanding of packaging and tier design, meeting customer needs with value-add products, and competitive positioning in commercial software or comparable B2B context
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Operating Discipline: Orientation toward building durable processes and working within established governance and infrastructure rather than solving each pricing question as a one-off
  • Project and Change Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives, navigating ambiguity, and driving results in a matrixed organization
  • Innovative and Results-Oriented: Ability to champion a culture of innovation, encouraging creative thinking and continuous improvement, while maintaining a focus on delivering measurable results
