Qumulo’s cloud data platform manages exabytes of the world’s most demanding data, unifying files, objects, and every workload across edge, core, and cloud.
About the Senior GTM Systems Administrator (Salesforce) position:
As our Senior GTM Systems Administrator, you’ll be the primary technical expert for Salesforce across Qumulo’s global go-to-market organization. Every lead, quote, order, and renewal runs through systems you’ll own. You’ll help move the revenue organization to AI-driven workflows and build the cleaner, better-connected data foundation underneath them.
This is a highly visible role with real ownership. The GTM systems are yours to run and improve, including having a voice for which tools we add or retire, and the ability to shape how AI shows up in the revenue team’s daily work. The changes you make will improve our end-to-end sales process: from how quickly quotes become bookings to how much time sellers get back. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Sales Technology, and work directly with the leaders of Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success.
This role is based in our Cork city-centre office, alongside a world-class engineering and commercial team, and offers a strong salary and benefits package, including pre-IPO stock options, flexible schedule, and home internet allowance.
What you’ll do:
Own Salesforce administration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
Build AI agents and automation that take manual work off sellers, like a pipeline assistant or a pre-call account brief.
Run intake for sales technology requests. Help decide what we build, buy, or retire.
Lead GTM systems projects, such as new platform rollouts and product introductions.
Write the specs and user stories behind each change, and test them with the people who asked.
Define integration requirements with our engineering and data teams.
Set the data quality rules in Salesforce with Sales Operations.
Support lead-to-cash in Salesforce. When the numbers disagree with NetSuite, find out why.
Run the GTM support queue and onboard new users.
Manage releases with IT, and write the documentation and training that ship with each change.
What we’re looking for:
You’ve been a hands-on Salesforce admin for 5+ years at a B2B company, and you hold the Salesforce Administrator certification.
Sales Cloud and CPQ or Revenue Cloud are platforms you’ve run in production.
You’ve led an enterprise systems implementation, or played a major part in one.
You already use AI at work, and you can show us something you built with it.
You know APIs well enough to spec an integration and troubleshoot it when it fails.
You can keep regular hours that overlap with our US team.
Bonus if you build in Flow or have shipped an AI agent to production, know NetSuite, write SQL or Python, hold Advanced Admin or CPQ certification, and/or have worked for a company that sells through channel partners.
This is a hybrid role (3 days per week) based out of our Cork office. The annual pay range for the role is EUR €90,000 - €130,000 plus benefits and pre-IPO stock options. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience, and skills.
Qumulo opened its European R&D hub in Cork in March 2026. The team here works the way the whole company does: we act as owners and share by default. You’ll work alongside the engineers and commercial teams whose work runs through your systems.
