Senior Home Health/Hospice Sales Executive The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, driving sales initiatives, and developing strategies to enhance our brand presence. Position Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Track and report on sales performance metrics. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required. Must have recent home health or hospice sales experience in the area. Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community. Knowledge of corporate business management. Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
