The People Services Senior HR Advisor plays a key role within our regional People Services Operations team, delivering Tier 2 employee lifecycle processes and a broad range of HR services.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including People Consulting, Benefits, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Data Insights, Health & Safety, and Diversity & Belonging, you will help deliver an exceptional employee experience while ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently applied.

As a local subject matter expert, you will provide expertise across HR Operations, Benefits Coordination, HR Compliance, Programme and Project Support, and Process Improvement. You will contribute to the continuous enhancement of HR services, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective service delivery.

You will report directly to the EMEA People Services Manager.

This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of home and office working.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for service requests and escalations routed from Tier 1
  • Deliver end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding services
  • Support the preparation and delivery of local employee communications
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of payroll inputs
  • Manage benefits and leave administration, including employee registrations and de-registrations, benefits contract renewals and reviews, documentation, and data audits
  • Manage and process family-friendly leave cases across the EMEA regions
  • Ensure HR reporting complies with country-specific statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and oversee up-to-date standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flows, guidelines, and internal documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to monitor SLA performance and employee experience, providing feedback and recommendations to the relevant Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with the People Services Manager to ensure a smooth transition of local HR matters, with clear guidelines on when issues should be handed over or escalated
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local government agencies and labour authorities regarding HR-related enquiries and data requests

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Human Resources environment
  • Experience working across EMEA, with a good understanding of regional employment legislation and HR practices
  • Experience in a multinational environment, particularly within a fast-paced service-oriented business operating under a Shared Services model, would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of HR functions and processes in at least one area of Human Resources, such as HR Operations, Benefits, Compliance, or HR Data Analytics
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in high-pressure situations
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and recommend effective approaches to enhance processes and service delivery
  • A high level of integrity, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information appropriately
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to manage and analyse HR data accurately
  • Experience using HR systems such as Workday and service management tools such as ServiceNow
