Senior HR Consultant Apply Now Role: Senior HR Consultant – HR Advisory Location: Remote - Lebanon Company: Astrolabs Reports To: Head of HR Advisory About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Senior HR Consultant to support companies operating across Saudi Arabia and the UAE on workforce strategy, HR compliance, organizational setup, and operational HR advisory. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in GCC labour regulations, HR operations, and workforce transformation, combined with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to startups, scale-ups, and multinational organizations entering or expanding within the region. The Senior HR Consultant will lead end-to-end HR advisory engagements, support regulatory and operational compliance, advise on workforce planning and employment structures, and partner closely with clients on strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities HR Advisory & Client Management Lead HR advisory engagements for clients across KSA and UAE. Act as the primary HR advisor for assigned client portfolios. Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, HR operations, compliance, and organizational design. Conduct HR audits, workforce reviews, and compliance assessments. Support clients with HR operational setup and scaling strategies. HR Operations & Compliance Develop and implement HR frameworks, policies, employee handbooks, and operational processes. Advise on employment contracts, compensation structures, onboarding, probation, leave management, and employee relations. Support clients on government HR compliance processes. Monitor regulatory updates and advise clients proactively on compliance implications. Support EOSB calculations, employee transfers, disciplinary matters, and termination processes. Recruitment & Workforce Strategy Advise clients on recruitment planning and workforce localization strategies. Support organizational structuring and job title localization. Provide guidance on compensation benchmarking and benefits frameworks. Partner with talent teams on strategic hiring initiatives and workforce scaling. Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement Manage multiple HR advisory projects simultaneously. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, leadership teams, and operational managers. Deliver HR presentations, workforce reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations. Coordinate cross-functional delivery with PRO/GRO, payroll, finance, and talent acquisition teams. Requirements: 5–8+ years of experience across HR Advisory, HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Workforce Consulting, or People Strategy within dynamic and fast-paced environments. Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead advisory discussions, and deliver strategic and operational HR solutions across multiple client accounts. Proven experience drafting and implementing: HR policies and procedures; employment contracts and offer letters; employee handbooks; HR operational templates and documentation frameworks; compliance and workforce management materials aligned with KSA regulations. Preferred Background Prior experience within consulting, advisory, professional services, or outsourced HR environments. Exposure to supporting startups, high-growth scale-ups, and multinational organizations across various industries. Experience supporting market entry, workforce setup, Saudization planning, and HR operational implementation projects within Saudi Arabia. Skills: Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. Ability to balance strategic advisory with operational execution. Commercially minded with strong problem-solving capabilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
