  • Provide HR guidance on organizational changes, restructuring, and people-related decisions, balancing business needs with employee impact.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers as needed to support compensation administration, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Support recruiting and talent acquisition activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding preparation.
  • Lead and support employee engagement, culture-building, and employee experience initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage leave of absence processes, including FMLA, ADA, workers compensation, and other LOA programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations and implement best practices to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Act as an independent HR leader and trusted advisor to employees and leadership, operating effectively as an HR department of one.
  • Collaborate with U.S. and international stakeholders to align HR practices and support global or international employees as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analytics to monitor trends and support strategic HR and business decisions.
