As the team continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a Senior HR, Payroll & Integrations Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your Role

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of HR and Payroll integration activities, once veterinary clinics are acquired by CVS, you will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies. This is a high impact and value add role, connecting the dots across HR and operations to provide an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

Key focuses:

• Lead end-to-end HR and payroll integration activities for newly acquired clinics;
• Manage multiple integration projects, proactively coordinating activities to ensure compliance and an efficient process;
• Conduct payroll and employment compliance reviews, including awards and contracts;
• Partner closely with stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR and clinic leaders, to support and influence optimum outcomes for all;
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and integration outcomes.

About You

Experienced in payroll and foundational HR, you will be motivated by the ability to drive effective operational outcomes and truly add value to your stakeholders.

You'll bring:

• Extensive experience across payroll and HR, including strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards and payroll compliance;
• Experience in integrations, acquisitions or project-based environments;
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
