- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards and interview plans.
- Manage open requisitions at a time across India, Indonesia, Singapore and the UAE.
Sourcing and talent pipelines
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, security communities and referrals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles such as DevSecOps engineers, security instructors and fullstack developers.
- Write compelling job descriptions and outreach messages that reflect our brand.
Assessment and selection
- Conduct structured screening interviews against defined competencies.
- Use standardized scorecards and screening question sets to keep evaluation fair and consistent.

- Negotiate offers and manage candidates through acceptance and joining.
- Ensure offers comply with local employment norms in each country.
Process, data and reporting
- Keep the ATS accurate and up to date.
- Track and report hiring metrics: time-to-hire, source quality, offer acceptance and pipeline health.
- Improve hiring processes, templates and SOPs as the company scales.
Employer brand and candidate experience
- Deliver a timely, respectful candidate experience at every stage.
- Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators.
Employee data and support
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records, including personal details, contracts, joining documents and exits, in the HRMS or employee database.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, documentation, leave and onboarding.
- Coordinate with payroll, finance and managers to keep employee information current across India, Indonesia, Singapore and the UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; an MBA in HR is a plus.
- 5–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2 years hiring for tech, SaaS or cybersecurity roles.
- Proven record of closing hard-to-fill technical roles such as security engineers, DevOps or developers.
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter and passive candidate outreach.
- Working knowledge of at least one ATS and comfort with spreadsheets and hiring data.
- Experience preparing offer letters and negotiating compensation.
- Excellent written and spoken English; clear, confident communication with candidates and leaders.
- Able to manage many requisitions at once while keeping quality and pace high.
Nice to have
- Has hired for security roles such as penetration testers, AppSec engineers or security trainers, and understands certifications like OSCP, CISSP and CEH.
- Has built a recruitment function or hiring process from scratch at a startup or scale-up.
- Has run cross-border hiring, including contractor and employer-of-record setups.
- Has used recruitment analytics or dashboards to improve hiring decisions.
