Sii PolandWe are looking for a Senior HR Technology Lead to provide technology leadership for the EDM solution within a global environment. You will manage the delivery of the technical solution throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment stages, ensuring that all components are successfully configured and deployed. - Managing the delivery of the EDM technical solution throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment stages
- Leading the design of EDM solutions by collaborating with configurators to translate business requirements into system configurations
- Ensuring that technical designs are documented and aligned with established principles and standards
- Providing technology leadership for the EDM implementation, including AWS Cloud, Adobe Sign, Workday configuration, and legacy document migration
- Collaborating with Kainos and SII configurators to configure document retention and security policies, companies, document categories, and types
- Working with Kainos to ensure AWS Cloud mappings for companies and document categories are correctly implemented and tested
- Configuring Adobe Sign, including service accounts and Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) capabilities
- Leading planning and execution of the migration of legacy employee documents into Workday EDM, including guidance on migration approaches and validation activities
- Supporting Workday HCM configurators on acknowledgements and notifications required to replace templates
- Assisting EDM template configurators in the design and build of Workday reports and calculated fields
- Working closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the EDM solution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology roles with a strong focus on Workday HCM configuration and deployment
- Deep expertise in delivering document management solutions in a global environment
- Solid knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business processes
- Familiarity with Adobe Sign configuration and electronic signature solutions, including QES and AES processes
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
- Fluent English
