The Role Establish the HR team’s strategic influence on kAIgentic’s intelligence layer, shaping people systems that embed AI throughout the employee lifecycle. Drive the most complex, high-stakes initiatives, building an AI-native culture, designing the early-career talent engine, and ensuring compliant, data-driven HR operations across the organization. This is a role for a hands-on, systems-thinking HR professional who wants to do more than run processes. What You’ll Do Architect the end-to-end employee experience framework, defining onboarding, performance cycles, career conversations, and exit processes that align with AI-driven insights. Drive the design and rollout of AI-enabled HR workflows, including performance reviews, listening mechanisms, policy Q&A, and people analytics dashboards. Establish a data-quality and analytics foundation by implementing and governing the HRIS, building actionable dashboards, and ensuring clean, reliable people data. Influence the employer brand and employee value proposition in partnership with Talent Acquisition, creating champion communities and external content that attract top talent. Drive the early-career talent engine, shaping institution partnerships, internship programs, fellowships, and structured learning paths that deliver immediate impact. Establish a continuous engagement loop, deploying pulse surveys, team connects, and recognition forums, and translating employee signals into concrete actions with managers. Influence senior leadership by providing data-backed recommendations on culture, friction points, and manager effectiveness, and partnering to resolve issues swiftly. Mentor junior HR partners and business leaders on best practices for AI-native people processes and equitable decision-making.
