About Threadline Wealth

Threadline Wealth is an independent SEC-registered investment adviser serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. We combine sophisticated wealth management and investment solutions with a highly personalized client experience. We are a modern independent firm focused on long-term growth, operational excellence, and thoughtful collaboration across advisory, investment, operations, and client service teams.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the firm's human resources function and serve as a strategic partner to business leadership. This individual will play an important role in shaping and executing people strategies that support our employees, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and align with the firm's continued growth.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of strong HR expertise, sound business judgment, and a hands-on approach. Responsibilities will span talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, employee relations, organizational planning, HR compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. Working closely with the firm's Professional Employer Organization (PEO), this individual will leverage available resources and systems while maintaining ownership of the firm's internal HR priorities.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating an evolving organization, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution, and building trusted relationships across all levels of the firm. Professional services experience is strongly preferred.

This position is based in Bellevue, Washington. We anticipate a hybrid work arrangement, with regular in-office collaboration expected approximately 1–2 days per week. Remote work flexibility is supported, with occasional travel for team meetings and visits to other firm locations across the West Coast. This position is classified as exempt under applicable wage and hour laws.

Core Responsibilities

HR Leadership & Business Partnership

· Serve as the firm's primary internal HR resource, managing the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partnering with leadership on people-related matters.

· Provide practical, strategic HR guidance to business leaders on talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.

· Partner with leadership to identify people-related priorities and develop HR initiatives that support business objectives and the firm's continued growth.

· Advise managers on employee performance, development, retention, and workplace matters, providing guidance and recommendations on appropriate courses of action.

· Evaluate existing HR practices and recommend improvements that promote consistency, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.

· Partner with leadership on total rewards planning and execution – benefits plan design and renewals, compensation, and other rewards.

  • Administer employee leave processes, including coordination of applicable federal and state leave programs, documentation, tracking, and return-to-work activities in partnership with the PEO.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and required documentation while ensuring appropriate confidentiality and data management.
  • Serve as a responsive resource for employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, leave, and other employment-related questions.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Manage the full recruiting and hiring process, partnering with business leaders on staffing needs, job descriptions, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer processes.

  • Coordinate employment-related compliance requirements, including required notices, employee documentation, leave administration, and applicable reporting obligations.
  • Review and recommend updates to HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials to support consistent practices and compliance with applicable employment laws.
  • Identify potential HR-related risks and recommend practical solutions that balance employee needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
