We are seeking a proactive Senior Human Resources Officer to drive operational efficiency and provide expert HR guidance across the Business. As a Senior Human Resources Officer, you will be instrumental in guiding managers through complex people matters and be a strong decision-maker. A strong understanding of UK employment legislation will be a significant advantage.

We are looking for a leader who believes in leading by example; you will be expected to balance your senior responsibilities with a hands-on approach to the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our department running.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of UK right to work, visas and the sponsorship process, the ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks and deadlines, all whilst leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality HR services.

You will work closely with our international HR teams to share best practices, streamline processes and ensure a cohesive approach to HR service delivery across all global locations.

This position is offered on a full-time basis working 5 days from 7 (typically Monday to Friday).

• Proven experience in leadership and people management, with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders at all levels is essential
• Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which is essential for cross-departmental collaboration
• Strong decision-making abilities, with the confidence to handle complex HR issues and mitigate risk
• Hands on approach with experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel, alongside experience working with HR Information Systems

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to align human resources initiatives with strategic goals
• Act as a trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders to ensure HR policies are understood and implemented correctly
• Take ownership of administrative tasks to support operational efficiency within the department
• Develop and maintain internal policies and process guidance documents for department-wide consistency
• Utilising advanced Microsoft skills to produce, manipulate and present insightful HR reports
• Manage the end-to-end UK visa sponsorship process to ensure complete compliance
• Provide expert support and guidance to managers on complex ER issues, ensuring decisions are made with a strong understanding of legal and commercial implications
• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Administrators and Officers
• Work both independently on specific projects and collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver excellent HR services
