Job Description Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Ivalua Developer to lead the technical design, configuration, and enhancement of our enterprise procurement platform. In this role, you will act as the technical subject matter expert for the Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) suite. You will bridge the gap between complex supply chain requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless integrations with ERP systems and delivering high-quality, scalable procurement solutions. As a crucial member of our technology team, you will drive innovation, optimize procurement processes, and ensure the system scales efficiently to support our growing global business needs. Key Responsibilities Platform Configuration & Development: Configure and customize Ivalua modules (P2P, S2C, SRM) using the Ivalua technical framework to meet business requirements without over-relying on custom code. Ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Technical Architecture & Integration: Design and implement secure API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware connections between Ivalua and external enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, and other third-party tools. Data & Reporting: Utilize the Ivalua data model to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Develop advanced dashboards, custom reports, and analytics capabilities for real-time spend visibility and operational insights. Project & Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle from requirement gathering and gap analysis to technical design, UAT testing, deployment, and hyper-care support. Code Quality & Maintenance: Conduct rigorous code reviews, ensure adherence to Ivalua best practices, resolve L3 production incidents, and manage platform upgrades and patch deployments smoothly. Leadership & Mentorship: Act as the technical anchor for the procurement technology team, providing mentorship to junior developers, leading technical workshops, and guiding stakeholders on platform capabilities. Requirements Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: 5 to 8 years of overall software development experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on end-to-end Ivalua implementations and enterprise software delivery. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Certifications: Ivalua L2/L3 Certification is highly preferred (specifically L3 P2P, L3 S2C, or L3 Integration). Domain Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and contract lifecycle management operations. Problem Solving: Excellent reverse-engineering and debugging skills to troubleshoot complex workflow, integration and performance issues. Benefits What We Offer Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits. Flexible work hours and remote work options. Professional development and training opportunities. A supportive and inclusive work environment.
