Senior IAM Architect - Advisory & Pre-Sales

Location: Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth | Hybrid

Employment: Permanent Full-Time

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 + superannuation, depending on experience

About the Role

We're looking for two experienced Senior IAM Architects to join Identifly in a role that combines technical advisory, solution architecture and pre-sales.

You'll work directly with customers to understand their identity security challenges, develop practical solutions and guide technical opportunities from initial discovery through to solution design, scoping and proposals.

This is a senior, customer-facing position with the opportunity to influence solution direction, contribute to complex identity programs and work closely with our Sales, Advisory and Delivery teams.

What you'll do

• Lead IAM, IGA and PAM advisory engagements, assessments, architecture reviews and technology roadmaps.
• Design identity security solutions across complex enterprise environments.
• Facilitate customer discovery workshops and provide technical recommendations.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation and technical design.
• Develop Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals and tender responses.
• Provide technical account management and ongoing advisory support to customers.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers and delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical and achievable.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to technical standards and architecture practices.

About You

You'll bring strong technical expertise and experience delivering customer-facing IAM architecture, advisory and consulting services.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Senior-level experience across IAM, IGA, PAM and enterprise identity security.
• Proven technical pre-sales experience, including discovery, solution design, scoping and SoW development.
• Experience with platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Silverfort.
• A strong understanding of Zero Trust, identity-related security risks and relevant frameworks such as SOCI, NIST and Essential Eight.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging technical teams, CISOs and senior stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of customer outcomes.
