About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Identity Solution Specialist to join our innovative team. This role is essential for driving our (C)IAM projects and providing expert guidance to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute (C)IAM projects from inception to completion Analyze client requirements and design tailored (C)IAM solutions Provide technical expertise and best practices for (C)IAM implementations. Key Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in (C)IAM and/or IGA, consultancy, and Linux-based environments Proven track record of delivering high-availability and scalable (C)IAM solutions Proficiency with JAVA/J2EE and (C)IAM products (e.g., ForgeRock, SailPoint, CA, Auth0, NetIQ, Omada, Okta) Familiarity with (C)IAM protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML2, OAuth2, OIDC) Experience with configuration management/deployment solutions (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Salt, Chef) Proficiency with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Kibana) Strong team player with a customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset Eagerness to learn new technologies and support colleagues and customers Ability to deliver high-quality work on time and on schedule We value openness and honesty in our workplace and are looking for a specialist who embodies these qualities, both towards our team and our clients.
