About Us!
At Sourcing Unicorns, we recruit globally across the creative and experiential industry, always on the lookout for exceptional talent to bring bold ideas to life. For this opportunity, we're proud to collaborate with the team at Fivestone Studios to find the unicorn, the one who will truly make a difference. Together, we ensure a smooth and human-centered hiring experience that reflects the studio's vision.
About Fivestone Studios!
Fivestone Studios is a Nashville-based creative media agency that an international clientele trust as their creative secret weapon. Our MO is taking on giants and making heroes of our clients through an impressive arsenal of strategy, design, digital media production & interactive technology capabilities.
Our primary goal at Fivestone Studios is to make a space for creative warriors to grow, thrive and take on their own giants. We use our Five Stones as our lens for success and our foundation for a healthy culture: honor, bravery, vision, generosity and excellence. If you have a passion for teamwork, are willing to leave your ego at the door, and have a strong drive for creative excellence, we would love to talk.
Your Mission
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Immersive Producer to join our team and take ownership of the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects across immersive, experiential, digital and physical environments.
We are looking for a senior, hands-on producer who is commercially sharp, highly organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable working across creative, technology, content, fabrication, AV and live environments.
This is not simply a project management role. We need someone who can come into a project, quickly understand what needs to happen, create structure, identify gaps and risks, and drive the team and client towards delivery.
The Senior Producer owns delivery, not the creative or technical answer. The Creative Director owns creative quality. Technical/Technology Leads own technical architecture and specialist decisions. Discipline leads own their areas of execution.
The Senior Producer owns making sure the right people make the right decisions at the right time, with the right information, within the agreed scope, schedule and budget.
PS.: Candidates must be able to work and collaborate during US business hours (US time zones), regardless of their location.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
Project Delivery Ownership
The Senior Producer will own the delivery mechanics across projects, including:
Scope — ensuring everyone is clear on what we are and are not delivering.
Schedule — building and managing realistic programmes, milestones and dependencies.
Budget — managing project budgets, estimates, forecasts, vendor costs, invoices and margin.
Resourcing — identifying the right internal and external talent and managing capacity.
Client & stakeholder management — driving communication, decisions, approvals and expectations.
Risk, quality & change control — identifying issues early, managing dependencies and protecting scope, quality and margin.
Documentation & handover — ensuring requirements, decisions, approvals, deliverables and project information are properly documented.
Project Management & Execution
From pre-sales through to closeout, you should be able to independently:
Turn a client brief/RFP into a clear scope, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, schedule and budget.
Build and manage project plans, resource plans and budgets.
Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams and external freelancers/vendors.
Work closely with Creative, Technology, Design and Production leads without trying to own their specialist decisions.
Run client meetings, internal kickoffs, reviews and production cadences.
Establish clear deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and approval processes.
Manage procurement, vendor quotes, contracts and change orders.
Maintain RAID/risk, decision and change logs.
Track project financials, resource utilisation, vendor spend and forecast-to-complete.
Manage client feedback and prevent fragmented or uncontrolled scope expansion.
Coordinate technical design, prototyping, integration, QA/UAT and installation where required.
Be comfortable with the realities of physical production and live environments — site surveys, fabrication, AV, logistics, installation, commissioning and launch.
Drive projects through to handover, warranty/support and financial closeout.
The Kind of Projects
You should be comfortable managing projects where multiple disciplines come together, potentially including:
Strategy → UX/UI → Creative → Content → 3D/Motion → Software → Hardware → AV → Fabrication → Installation → Launch
Experience with immersive, experiential, digital experience, exhibition, entertainment, retail, cultural, branded or technology-led projects would be highly relevant.
Your Journey Includes
Ideally 8+ years of production/project management experience, with meaningful experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects rather than purely digital or purely corporate projects.
Experience across immersive / experiential / museums / cultural / digital / physical / live production, etc.
Comfort working with both internal teams and external freelance/vendor networks, and with projects that move from an early ambiguous brief through strategy and concept into technical production, installation and launch.
Your Qualities
Senior but hands-on. You should be able to lead a project strategically but also get into the detail when something needs fixing.
Commercially minded. You understand that good production means protecting both the client relationship and the company's margin.
Highly organised. You naturally create clarity from complexity and make sure nothing falls between the cracks.
Proactive. You don't wait for problems to become visible. You identify dependencies, risks and gaps early and push the right people for decisions.
A strong communicator. You can speak comfortably with a client, Creative Director, developer, designer, fabricator, vendor or CEO and adjust your communication accordingly.
Collaborative but authoritative. You can lead without unnecessarily stepping on the creative or technical ownership of others.
Calm under pressure. You are comfortable with changing requirements, tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders and the inevitable challenges of live production.
Process-oriented but not bureaucratic. You understand that process exists to make delivery easier, not to create unnecessary administration.
Thank you for applying. We're committed to an inclusive process and we welcome talent from all walks of life. We aim to review every application. Roles in experiential can be ultra-specialized; if it's not a fit for this one, we may still flag your profile for future opportunities. Thanks for helping grow the Sourcing Unicorns talent ecosystem.
