The Business
Ethos Migration Lawyers is a Melbourne-based immigration law firm working with individuals, families and businesses across the full spectrum of Australian immigration law. That covers everything from employer-sponsored visas and skilled migration pathways through to complex appeals.
Their client base ranges from individuals navigating life-changing visa decisions to ASX-listed companies managing workforce mobility at scale.
The firm has been recognised as the Most Trusted Immigration Law Firm in Melbourne and has had individual lawyers named Best Employer-Sponsored Migration Lawyer. They have also been named finalists in the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards for Boutique Diversity Law Firm of the Year, and have had team members recognised as finalists in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards.
The reputation has been built on results, expertise and a genuine commitment to their clients. This role is part of how they continue to grow it.
What's In It For You
As a Senior Immigration Lawyer, you'll be a key pillar of the firm. You'll manage a high-volume, complex caseload with autonomy while playing an active leadership role within the team.
This isn't a role where you put your head down and get through files. You'll be mentoring junior lawyers, managing high-stakes client relationships, leading business development initiatives and contributing to the firm's growth and reputation in a meaningful way.
You'll be trusted to handle sensitive and complex matters independently, including situations involving heightened emotions, shifting circumstances and competing expectations between sponsors and visa applicants. Sound legal judgement, emotional intelligence and a solutions-focused mindset are central to the role. If you're an experienced immigration lawyer ready to step into genuine leadership and help shape the future of a firm going places, this is worth a close look.
