🌎 Senior Implementation Consultant (Business Consultant) – Retail SaaS | LATAM | Remote

Athena Retail, part of the RELEX Solutions group, implements RELEX Space & Assortment solutions (planograms, floor plans and assortment optimization) for retailers. We are building a new team in Latin America to deliver upcoming projects across the region (Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina and more).

We're looking for a client-facing consultant who has already taken software implementations from kickoff to go-live, and who wants to apply that experience to the retail world.

What you'll do

You'll work side by side with technical consultants and a project manager across the full implementation lifecycle:

🔹 Discovery: run business workshops with the client, gather requirements and write the solution design

🔹 Data: work with technical consultants to bring client data from SAP/ERP into the platform and validate it

🔹 Configuration: configure the platform to fit the client's processes

🔹 Training & UAT: train key users and guide them through user acceptance testing

🔹 Go-live & hypercare: support the client after go-live and drive adoption of the solution

🔹 Be the client's day-to-day point of contact, translating business needs into practical solutions

What we're looking for

✅ 3+ years in a client-facing implementation role: Implementation Consultant, Solution Consultant, Functional Consultant, Customer Success / Onboarding Manager, or similar

✅ Hands-on experience across the implementation lifecycle (requirements, configuration, testing, training, go-live), ideally with SaaS, ERP, WMS or planning software

✅ Experience or genuine interest in retail, supply chain, logistics or category management (no prior category management knowledge required: you'll learn our solution and domain on the job)

✅ Clear communicator who can run workshops and trainings with confidence

✅ Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese or Italian is a plus

✅ Based in Latin America, working within or close to UTC-5

✅ Available immediately or on short notice

✅ Open to short trips to client sites (typically 1–2 weeks per project, during discovery and training)
