Workeron AI is a Ukrainian-founded AI company building digital products for an international audience. Our users live in the crypto and Web3 world and pay attention to creators who actually understand it. Influencer marketing already brings us users, and now we need someone to own it end to end: pick the right creators, negotiate the deals, design the collaborations and prove the numbers.

What you’ll do

• Find, vet and sign Ukrainian and international crypto, Web3 and tech influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram and X
• Negotiate budgets, placement terms and commercial models (flat, CPA, hybrid, revenue share)
• Build long-term partnerships: ambassador programs, integration series, special projects and exclusive campaigns, not one-off posts
• Develop creative concepts that make AI and crypto products clear and exciting to different audiences and markets
• Own the budget and the analytics: CAC, CPA, ROI/ROAS, conversions, traffic quality
• Use AI tools in your daily work: creator research, content briefs, performance analysis
• Build the process for sourcing, evaluating and growing our creator network
• Run the direction yourself and, over time, lead a small team

What you bring

• 3+ years in influencer marketing on the product or agency side, with creators in Ukraine and abroad
• Hands-on experience promoting crypto, Web3 or DeFi products through influencers: you know the KOL market, its pricing and its risks
• Experience with AI products or AI-driven tools in marketing
• Deals you closed and partnerships you built, with numbers behind them
• Strong grasp of audience analysis: real reach, engagement, overlap, fraud signals
• Confident English (B2+) and Ukrainian or Russian

Nice to have

• Team lead experience
• Affiliate or creator-partnership background
• Own network of crypto KOLs
