Location: Costa Rica, Perú, Colombia, Bolivia Work Mode: Remote. At Coforge, we are hiring Senior Integration Engineer (Connectors & APIs) (#006fu00000amGqXAAU-3) with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities • Design and build the connector layer between AI agent front ends and enterprise systems. • Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and Microsoft Graph or Copilot connectors where required. • Design and implement APIs supporting the connector layer. • Configure Azure API Management, including products, policies, throttling, and authentication. • Integrate data sources and systems of record behind the connector layer. • Implement authentication and authorization using Entra ID, including on-behalf-of flows. • Build and support multi-step end-to-end workflows, including state management and error handling. • Collaborate with architecture teams to contribute to technical design decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in integration or backend engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET; Python is a plus. • Strong experience designing and implementing REST APIs and authentication patterns. • Hands-on experience configuring Azure API Management, including policy authoring. • Experience implementing Entra ID, OAuth, and OIDC. • Experience integrating with systems of record or line-of-business platforms. • Experience with Azure Container Apps and Azure Functions. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Strong working proficiency in English. Preferred Skills • Experience developing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. • Experience with Microsoft Graph or Copilot connector development. • Experience designing tool interfaces intended for AI agents. • Knowledge of event-driven integration patterns. • Experience working on integrations in regulated industries. • Understanding of agent-oriented API design, including tool naming, granularity, actionable error handling, and multi-step workflows.
