Senior Interior Designer

Role Description The Owner will provide strategic leadership, oversee business performance, and guide long-term growth across TU Holdings’ diverse portfolio. This part-time remote role involves setting vision and priorities, reviewing financial and operational reports, and making key investment and partnership decisions. The Owner will collaborate with senior leaders to refine business strategies, monitor brand positioning, and ensure that each venture maintains high standards of quality and customer experience. Typical responsibilities include approving major initiatives, assessing risk, supporting governance and compliance, and representing the company in select high-level external engagements. The role also includes mentoring executives, fostering innovation, and aligning all activities with TU Holdings’ values of excellence, sophistication, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership and business management skills, including experience setting organizational vision and guiding multi-business portfolios.
• Financial acumen, such as understanding P&L statements, budgeting, capital allocation, and investment decision-making.
• Experience in at least one of the core sectors (hospitality, retail, sports, or leisure), with insight into premium or luxury market dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including relationship-building with executives, partners, investors, and key clients.
• Decision-making and risk management abilities, with a track record of evaluating opportunities and navigating complex environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to represent the brand in high-level discussions and agreements.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory business practices, fostering a diverse and equitable work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent executive experience is highly beneficial.
