Job Description
Our client is a high-end UAE-based interior design, fit-out and consultancy company, delivering bespoke luxury spaces across MENA region. The company combines architecture, interiors, lighting, furniture and art to create distinctive, fully integrated environments. On their behalf, we are looking for the position of Senior Interior Designer - Remote (preferably Serbia and/or South East Europe). You will develop and manage interior design for luxury residential and hospitality projects, working closely with our Dubai-based design team. Responsibilities: ✔ Develop interior design concepts, creative narratives and overall aesthetic direction. ✔ Create mood boards, material palettes, presentations and space planning solutions. ✔ Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories, including bespoke furniture, joinery and architectural details. ✔ Prepare and review interior drawings, plans, elevations, sections and details. ✔ Coordinate interior elements, including ceilings, flooring and lighting, with architects and other disciplines. ✔ Develop FF&E specifications and schedules. ✔ Review 3D visualizations, shop drawings, material submissions and samples to ensure design intent and quality. ✔ Participate in design reviews and client presentations. ✔ Coordinate with architects, lighting, landscape and MEP consultants. ✔ Mentor junior designers and maintain design quality and consistency throughout the project.
OFFER
Requirements: → 8-10+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of high-end residential and/or luxury hospitality projects. → Experience with international design studios, luxury hospitality brands or projects in the UAE, GCC or other international markets is an advantage. → Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign/presentation software; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino or similar tools is an advantage. → Strong knowledge of luxury materials and finishes, bespoke joinery and furniture, FF&E, lighting integration and interior detailing. → Solid understanding of space planning, ergonomics, hospitality design and construction/fit-out processes. Portfolio is essential, it should clearly demonstrate your personal contribution to projects, including concept development, space planning, material and colour palettes, FF&E, bespoke furniture and joinery, design development, 3D visualizations and technical detailing.
