Your Role: Review the subscription agreements of Investor Relations administration staff. Follow up with Investors on missing documentation Maintain all electronic and physical Investor records Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned Prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases Produce investor statements and correspondence Assist with the appropriate handling of Fund Manager and investor calls and emails Assist with various projects as assigned About You: You have a post-secondary education. Ideally have 1-3 years’ experience in Client Services Possess excellent MS Office suite skills; strong Excel skills Knowledge of hedge or mutual fund industry and concepts preferred Experience in Investor Relations, as it relates to a transfer agency environment, is preferred Possess exceptional attention to detail Strong client service skills Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, and conflicting deadlines Ability to work with large volumes of data Maintain quality and focus while working through repetitive tasks Work independently and understand when to escalate Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures Salary Range: CAD $62,000 - CAD $72,000 This posting is not for an existing vacancy, we are building a candidate pool for future opportunities.
