In this role, you will serve as a technical specialist for Workday, contributing to stable, scalable, and continuously improving solutions that support employees worldwide.
The role & your impact
As a Senior IT Application Specialist (Workday), you will be part of the Tech & Solutions capability area within Enterprise Business Applications. You will provide deep technical expertise in Workday integrations and application-side configuration while collaborating with HR, integration teams, vendors, and other IT stakeholders. Your work will help ensure reliable integrations, efficient business processes, and strong operational support across the enterprise application landscape.
Your key responsibilities in this role
- Act as a technical specialist for Workday with primary responsibility for integrations and technical setup from the IT perspective.
- Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations, including development using Workday Studio.
- Support application-side integrations between Workday and enterprise platforms such as Workforce Software, KMD Payroll Cloud, and other connected solutions.
- Collaborate with People & Organization (HR), Systems Integration teams, IT colleagues, and external partners to deliver stable and well-governed solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and continuous improvement activities related to Workday services.
- Expand knowledge of Workforce Software and related enterprise applications as responsibilities evolve.
What you'll need to be successful in this role
- At least 5 years of experience working with Workday integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
- Solid understanding of Workday integration technologies, including APIs, RaaS reports, and connectors.
- Experience with technical Workday configuration and support from an IT perspective.
- Experience working in global enterprise environments.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

- Knowledge of Workforce Software or similar workforce management solutions.
- Experience supporting integrations across a broader enterprise application landscape.
