About the Offer

We are currently looking for a Senior IT Automation Tester to join the team of our global client from the banking industry. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

You will own and scale automated test suites in a C# / .NET 8 solution, working mainly on database-driven systems, and keep the test pipelines running smoothly in Bitbucket and Bamboo.

Key Details:

• Rate: up to 135 PLN/h (B2B)

• Work Model: Hybrid, up to 60% from the office, full-time (40h/week)

• Location: Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw

Responsibilities:

• Own, develop and scale automated test suites in a C# / .NET 8 solution

• Design and maintain tests using NUnit and related test runners

• Build and maintain automated test pipelines in Bitbucket and Bamboo

• Write and run SQL queries to validate data and test database-heavy functionality

• Diagnose test failures, debug issues and work with developers on root causes

• Take part in code reviews and follow good Git practices

• Support manual testing where needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of test automation experience on .NET stacks (C#)

• Strong SQL skills – the team works mainly on databases

• Hands-on experience with NUnit and test runners

• CI/CD automation experience with Bitbucket and Bamboo

• Fluent Git knowledge, code review practices and experience maintaining test pipelines

• Strong failure diagnostics and debugging skills

• Openness to partially manual testing

• Advanced English

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Pega
