About the role:
As a Senior SAP Business Analyst, you will join our global Order-to-Cash team and help develop Sales and Distribution processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment. Your work will focus primarily on strategic transformation, implementation, and global template rollout projects rather than traditional operational support.
You will partner with business stakeholders, SAP specialists, and technical teams across countries and functions. By understanding business challenges and translating them into effective solutions, you will help strengthen capabilities in areas such as Order Fulfilment, advanced Available-to-Promise, and Pricing.

What you will do:
- Business Partnership: Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, challenges, and opportunities across the Order-to-Cash landscape.
- Requirements and Workshops: Facilitate workshops, analyse business needs, challenge assumptions, and guide participants towards clear and practical outcomes.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution solutions aligned with Essity’s global template.
- Global Implementations: Support SAP transformation initiatives and template rollouts across different countries, business units, and operating environments.
- Cross-functional Delivery: Collaborate with functional experts, technical teams, and developers to design, implement, test, and embed effective solutions.
- Domain Expertise: Act as a trusted subject matter expert in areas such as Order Fulfilment, advanced Available-to-Promise, Product Allocation, Backorder Processing, or Pricing.
- Digital Innovation: Contribute to continuous improvement and explore opportunities to use AI-enabled tools and new technologies within SAP ways of working.
Who you are:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
- Proven functional SAP S/4HANA SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash experience, with a track record of contributing to SAP implementations, transformations, or rollouts in international environments
- Order Fulfillment Experience: Strong hands-on knowledge of Order Fulfillment, aATP, GATP, Product Allocation, and Backorder Processing and/or
- Pricing Experience: Strong background in Pricing, Rebates, and Condition Contract Management (CCM), including the technical ability to debug in the pricing area.
- Knowledge in AI in connection with SAP is a bonus.
- You combine analytical problem-solving with strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills. You are curious, adaptable, comfortable working through ambiguity, and able to explain technical concepts clearly to business audiences.
