What you'll do: Senior IT Project Associate in the Enterprise will..

• Work closely with large and diverse teams to gather, consolidate, and validate required information.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of existing processes.
• Drive internal processes end‑to‑end with strong ownership and accountability.
• Proactively engage with highly occupied stakeholders to ensure timely input and decisions.
• Plan, lead, and facilitate meetings with senior leadership, ensuring clear outcomes and follow‑ups.
• Ensure process milestones and deliverables are completed on time despite competing priorities.
• Maintain and manage multiple dynamic project trackers and status dashboards.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with multiple external vendors.
• Actively follow up with cross‑functional teams to secure responses and unblock dependencies.
• Identify gaps and proactively suggest process improvements and better ways of execution.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation and consistently drive responsibilities to closure.
• Manage Onboarding & Offboarding of resources from team.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Acts as the liaison between IT, vendors, and end-users.
• Maintains the efficiency of the project coordination process such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment.
• Creates a structure/environment in which team members can work together as an efficient team.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree required;
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, including application development project, cloud infra projects and team management.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing multiple, dynamically changing project trackers.
• Strong experience working on Cloud Infrastructure–related projects.
• Agile or Scrum certification is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels, including leadership.
• Strong facilitation, consulting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High confidence in coordinating with senior stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments with highly utilized teams.
• Highly proactive, self‑driven, and outcome‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in maintaining multiple project related trackers which changes dynamically.
• Lead internal support projects and help define strategy.
• Fluency in English

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
