Your Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for engineering, and R&D outsourcing Sourcing top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ technical and soft skills Matching candidates with client requirements and budget expectations Negotiating terms and managing offer processes Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a track record of successful placements Deep understanding of IT & engineering job market Experience in sourcing, headhunting, conducting interviews Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing offer processes Proficiency in ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred) & recruitment tools Fluent in Polish & English Proactive, result-driven approach with a focus on closing roles efficiently Benefits Competitive salary + bonus system based on placements Private medical care A real impact on recruitment strategy & team growth A multicultural, international work environment with career growth opportunities Recruitment Process First Interview – an open conversation with our Business Manager about your background, interests, and what you're looking for in your next role.
