As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter who enjoys working on complex technology and transformation assignments and wants to be part of a specialised consulting business focused on high-value professional services.

Your Mission

• You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide range of technology and transformation-related positions while continuously expanding and strengthening our professional network.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT, technology and transformation-related positions
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals and alternative sourcing channels
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with technology professionals and niche market experts
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess professional experience, motivation and overall suitability
• Build and continuously develop a high-quality talent pipeline for current and future opportunities
• Perform talent mapping, market research and candidate market analysis across various technology domains
• Identify and approach passive candidates through direct search and headhunting techniques
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and communication throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and recruitment best practices
• Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Requirements

• Has 4+ years of experience in IT / technology recruitment
• Experience in IT contracting recruitment
• Works independently and takes ownership of recruitment delivery
• Brings a proactive, solution-oriented and business-focused mindset
• Has a proven track record of delivering complex or hard-to-fill technology positions
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is fluent in English
• Has strong sourcing expertise and enjoys direct search and headhunting
• Is comfortable recruiting for role such as Project Managers, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, SAP Consultants, Solution Architects, Change Managers and other specialist technology positions
