Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Student Recruiter to join our Hungarian Student Admissions team in Budapest. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and selecting future Codecool students, guiding them through the entire admissions journey — from their very first interaction with us to the moment they start their learning journey at Codecool. Tasks: 📞Organize the recruitment process of student applicants (introduction interview, soft-skill testing, carrier consultations) 🗣️Sales duties - provide potential applicants with proper information about Codecool courses via phone or online; help them choose the most suitable course 🎉Participate in offline/online events that serve a student recruitment purpose (eg. Open Days, Q&A Sessions) 🤜Help students through the contracting process when it comes to course registration 👥Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and the Mentor team – real teamwork! 😊 🖊️ Preparing contracts, and keeping records related to the courses You could be a great fit for this role, if: ✔️Ideally, you have a degree in a related field, such as HR, Psychology, or a similar discipline ✔️ Preferably, you have some experience in Sales, Sourcing, or Recruitment ✔️ You have outstanding communication skills both in Hungarian and in English ✔️ You are proactive and self-motivated, and you genuinely enjoy talking to and helping others ✔️ You are comfortable making daily calls and regularly following up with prospects ✔️ You enjoy working with others, while also being comfortable working independently ✔️ You are confident making procedural decisions and exercising good judgment What we offer: 💚 In addition to a competitive base salary, we provide private health insurance and an All You Can Move (AYCM) sports pass. 🚀We offer an awesome atmosphere.
