Senior IT SuccessFactors Specialist (Total Rewards Systems)
This role sits at the intersection of HR strategy and enterprise technology, shaping how compensation, rewards, and recognition programs operate at global scale. You will lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions that directly impact how employees are rewarded. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who can translate business needs into working systems.

You will help modernize HR systems, introduce automation, and improve how Total Rewards programs are delivered across regions.
Who This Role Is For
You have built and configured SAP SuccessFactors solutions and understand how HR systems operate in practice, not just in theory
You are comfortable owning both the technical solution and the business conversation behind it
You can translate ambiguous requirements into structured, working systems
You have experience working across global teams, including offshore development partners
You are hands-on and accountable, not just overseeing delivery but contributing directly to it
You are comfortable operating in environments where priorities shift and systems evolve
What You’ll Own and Impact
Lead the design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central, Compensation, and Variable Pay
Translate Total Rewards business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Drive implementation and ongoing support of HR systems to improve efficiency and productivity
Introduce automation and artificial intelligence capabilities where appropriate
Lead coordination across HR, IT, vendors, and external partners to deliver system enhancements
Oversee security and architecture reviews to ensure compliance and system integrity
Manage project delivery across global teams, including offshore development resources
Maintain system performance through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to governance, documentation, and compliance requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls
What You Bring
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
5+ years of relevant experience in HR technology or SuccessFactors
Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central
Hands-on experience with system configuration and development
Preferred:
Experience with compensation and variable pay modules
SuccessFactors certification (Compensation and/or Variable Pay)
Experience with Business Rules configuration and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Compensation:
$106,400 – $150,000 USD
