Senior IT Systems Engineer

Celigo is looking for an IT Systems Engineer who will be primarily responsible for engineering IT solutions. The IT Engineer will be solving incoming help desk questions handling level 1 and 2 tickets.This person would liaise with third party support to assist in using cloud-based services. What would you do, if hired? Design and support scalable IT solutions, including SSO expansion, onboarding and offboarding automation, and other global automation initiatives Support and maintain core IT infrastructure while contributing to a strong security posture Handle Level 1 and Level 2 IT tickets for the US, EMEA, and Philippines regions Provide onsite IT support at the India HQ during afternoon hours Support onboarding and offboarding processes across US, EMEA, and PH including IT Orientation Calls Mondays. Perform system migrations and tool transitions as needed Use Celigo’s integrator.io platform to automate internal IT workflows Build self-service solutions to reduce ticket volume and improve employee experience Create and maintain clear IT documentation and runbooks to support global teams and reduce repeat issues Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and IT service delivery Act as a regional bridge between global IT teams by ensuring consistent processes, documentation, and handoffs across US, EMEA, PH, and India Who are we looking for?
