Senior IT/OT Cybersecurity Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior IT/OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team and support cybersecurity activities across industrial IT/OT environments.

In this role, you will focus on protecting OT infrastructure, industrial control systems and communication between IT and OT environments. You will work with SCADA systems, industrial networks and other OT components, supporting secure system integration, implementation and commissioning.

You will work remotely within an experienced engineering team and contribute to cybersecurity-focused projects in industrial environments.

Your tasks

• Designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for IT/OT environments
• Securing OT infrastructure, industrial control systems and SCADA environments
• Supporting secure integration between IT and OT systems
• Identifying cybersecurity risks and supporting security improvements within industrial environments
• Supporting security configuration and hardening of OT systems and infrastructure
• Working with industrial networks from an OT cybersecurity perspective
• Participating in FAT and SAT activities, including security-related system validation
• Supporting commissioning and troubleshooting of OT systems
• Collaborating with engineering, automation and cybersecurity teams throughout project delivery
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in OT cybersecurity, IT/OT security, or related industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of OT/ICS cybersecurity
• Experience working with SCADA and/or Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
• Good understanding of security challenges related to industrial and OT environments
• Previous work with IT/OT integration and securing communication between systems
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, and the OSI model
• Experience with FAT/SAT and/or commissioning of industrial systems
• Fluent English
