Senior Java Developer – Remote | EU

We’re looking for an AI Developer to build applications that enable AI agents to handle customer conversations and service tasks traditionally managed by human agents, across voice and chat channels.

You’ll work on international projects focused on contact center automation and customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Build AI agents that understand customer needs, conduct natural conversations, and complete service tasks over voice and chat.
• Develop workflows that allow agents to retrieve information, update records, and take action through business systems and APIs.
• Integrate AI agents with telephony platforms, CRMs, knowledge bases, and customer service applications.
• Implement real-time speech recognition, speech synthesis, and conversation management.
• Design escalation and handoff flows for cases requiring human support.
• Test and improve task completion, response accuracy, latency, and reliability.
• Collaborate directly with international clients and technology partners in English.

What we’re looking for

• Strong spoken and written English, comfortable discussing technical topics and requirements with international clients.
• Solid development skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, tool/function calling, agent workflows, and RAG.
• Experience building AI agents, conversational applications, or workflow automation solutions.
• Ability to take ownership from prototype to production.

Nice to have

• Experience with Voice AI, Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech technologies.
• Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, and telephony integrations.
• Understanding of contact center operations and customer service workflows.
• Experience evaluating AI agents and monitoring production performance.
