Senior Java Developer with Dynamics 365
Salary: 1000-1400 PLN/MD on B2B
Location: Warszawa, Gdańsk, Kraków (with 1-2 days in the office weekly)

Project
You will work on backend services supporting customer lifecycle management, KYC processes, payment orchestration and integrations with cloud-based identity and CRM solutions. The role requires close collaboration with architects, product teams and other engineers to deliver scalable, reliable and secure solutions in a regulated environment.
- Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
- Develop and maintain integrations with payment providers and KYC solutions
- Integrate authentication and identity services based on AWS Cognito
- Design scalable APIs and microservices
- Ensure security, reliability and compliance of business-critical systems
- Collaborate with product owners, architects and cross-functional engineering teams
- Contribute to technical design decisions and architecture discussions
- Mentor less experienced engineers and share engineering best practices
- Leverage AI tools to improve software delivery and engineering productivity
Expected competences and knowledge:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in backend development
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience designing and developing microservices
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Dataverse integrations
- Experience with AWS Cognito or similar identity management solutions
- Experience integrating external payment providers
- Understanding of KYC, onboarding or customer verification processes
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns
- Good communication skills and fluent English
- Engineering degree is highly valued
Nice to have:
- Experience within regulated financial services
- Experience in trading platforms, brokerage or fintech environments
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in financial systems
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering work
