Senior Lawyer

LOGO Yazılım, one of Turkey's leading software and technology companies, is looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer to join its Legal Department and report directly to the Legal Director.

The position is based at our Gebze/Kocaeli headquarters, with a hybrid working model. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, regulation, and business strategy while supporting a broad range of legal matters across the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university (Master's degree is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience gained in multinational companies and/or leading law firms serving multinational clients,
• Experience in the technology, software, IT and fintech sectors is considered a strong asset,
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, capital markets, M&A transactions, payment services regulations, commercial contracts, intellectual property, technology law and data privacy matters,
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide practical and commercially sound legal advice,
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and stakeholder management skills,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities,
• For male candidates, military service completed or exempt,
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel.

What We Expect from the Senior Lawyer;

• Providing day-to-day legal support and strategic advice to business units and senior management,
• Supporting M&A transactions, investment projects and other strategic initiatives,
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements,
• Coordinating legal matters between the HQ Legal Department and group companies outside Türkiye,
• Advising on corporate, commercial, regulatory, technology, data privacy and compliance-related matters,
• Supporting the implementation and execution of the Company's compliance policies and procedures,
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda, opinions, reports and correspondence,
• Identifying, assessing and mitigating potential legal and regulatory risks,
• Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the Company's operations,
• Providing legal training and awareness activities across the organization,
• Coordinating and managing relationships with external law firms and advisors.
