Senior Legal Operations and Compliance Analyst

The role Who you are Experience in a legal operations, compliance operations, contract management, legal technology or similar operational role, ideally within an in-house legal team or professional services environment Experience working with legal technology platforms such as CLM systems, workflow tools, document management systems or privacy/compliance software Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data, reporting and process improvement Ability to collaborate effectively across Legal, Technology, Procurement, Privacy, Security and wider business teams Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain processes and systems clearly to non-technical stakeholders Ability to translate complex operational, legal and systems information into clear, accessible summaries, dashboards and visual materials for stakeholders of varying seniority. High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and supporting change management initiatives Experience supporting privacy or compliance processes (including GDPR-related activities) would be beneficial Experience with reporting, dashboards or data analysis tools would be an advantage Positive “can do” attitude and a willingness to learn and develop in a growing legal operations function #LI-Hybrid Working Arrangements The majority of our roles operate on a hybrid working pattern, with 3+ days office attendance required.
