About Our Client: Our client is a growing e-commerce email and SMS agency serving established brands through high-touch strategy, campaign management, and performance-focused services. The company is rebuilding its delivery organization and is looking for exceptional talent to help establish a consistently high standard of strategy, client service, and execution. About the role: We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Manager who can own a portfolio of client accounts while also raising the strategic and executional standard of the broader team. This person will work closely with the founder and current strategists, eventually taking meaningful responsibility for team leadership and helping create the foundation for a future Director-level position. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, obsessive about quality, deeply understands e-commerce email/SMS, and naturally holds themselves and others to a high standard. This is not simply a people-management position—you will remain hands-on with strategy and your own accounts. Responsibilities: Manage approximately 5–7 client accounts while owning their overall email/SMS strategy. Develop campaign calendars, strategic plans, and ongoing account direction. Write and oversee campaign copy as part of the current delivery model. Analyze client performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Serve as a strategic partner to clients and maintain strong client relationships. Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to existing strategists. Help establish and maintain a high standard of fulfillment and client service. Review account strategy and execution to ensure consistency and quality. Jump into implementation when necessary to ensure client needs are handled quickly. Help identify solutions to complex client and fulfillment challenges. Collaborate with campaign coordinators handling implementation inside Klaviyo. Contribute to improving the agency's delivery systems, processes, and standards. Potentially take on broader team-lead responsibilities as the organization grows. Qualifications: 4-5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, agency-side. Strong experience in e-commerce email and SMS strategy. Klaviyo expert. Audit an account fast, see what's broken, what's missing and what to do first. Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to write high-quality email copy or oversee copy quality. Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills. Highly proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback. Experience mentoring or leading strategists is strongly preferred. Agency experience with premium e-commerce clients is preferred. Genuine passion for email marketing and client results. Offer Details: Compensation: 5000$-6000$ Contract type: Contractor. Location: Remote; candidates in Eastern Europe, Bulgaria, and Latin America are encouraged to apply. Bulgaria is especially convenient but not required. Accounts: Approximately 5–7 client accounts.
