Mid to Senior Level Litigation Associate


Full-Time Position


WeirFoulds LLP is seeking a senior level associate lawyer to join our thriving Litigation Practice Group. The successful candidate will practice both Commercial Litigation as well as Estates and Trusts Litigation. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of practice experience working on complex Commercial Litigation matters; experience or interest in Estates and Trusts litigation matters is an added asset
  • Strong technical, legal, research, drafting and organization skills
  • Demonstrated strengths in entrepreneurialism including client service, client relationships and client development
  • Ability to work with lawyers at all levels and be a team player
  • Ability to balance competing demands as well as be self-motivated, innovative and flexible
  • Ability to manage document intensive files
  • Confidence to manage files and clients independently
  • Strong work ethic, not afraid of hard work and commitment to excellence
  • Excellent academic credentials


The successful candidate will work with a few of our commercial litigators on a variety of challenging, sophisticated and complex business and estate litigation cases, representing a broad range of clients.
