About the role We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and data teams to develop intelligent systems and production-ready AI/ML applications. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, hands-on, and passionate about solving real-world problems using machine learning and modern AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for production environments Build scalable ML pipelines and data processing workflows Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate ML solutions into applications Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation Develop APIs and backend services for ML-powered applications Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed ML models Conduct experimentation and research on new ML/AI approaches Document technical solutions and best practices What would you need? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or related roles Strong programming skills in Python Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments Good understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques Experience with data handling, preprocessing, and model evaluation Familiarity with REST APIs and backend development Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices is an advantage Strong problem-solving and communication skills Why Join Us?
