The Role We're looking for a seasoned Senior ML CV engineer to drive the technical direction of AI Mosaic - our production computer vision product that automatically applies accurate, form-fitting mosaic to video, replacing manual frame-by-frame masking with same-day automated output. AI Mosaic already runs in production and has processed titles for major Japanese distribution platforms. You'll own more than implementation - you'll improve the pipeline, spot where it can go further, and drive the changes that push the product forward. What You Will Do Deploy and continuously improve production ML pipelines for AI Mosaic Research and improve Computer Vision algorithms for automated content censoring and precise mosaic generation Improve algorithms for high-resolution video matting, segmentation, and form-fitting masking Develop spatiotemporal ROI extraction and tracking algorithms to ensure accurate and consistent masking across video frames Develop video understanding, relevant region detection, and motion recognition algorithms where they can improve masking quality Improve model accuracy, processing speed, stability, and scalability for high-resolution videos and batch workloads Proactively identify technical and product improvement opportunities and drive them from initial hypothesis to production Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate user feedback and business needs into practical ML solutions Tech Stack Stack (ML): Python, C++, Unity, PyTorch, MLflow, DVC, OpenCV, AirFlow, Qdrant, Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, MMLib, Feast Stack (Company): PHP, C#, Unity, Go, Unity, WebGL, K8s What We Are Looking For 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, with a strong focus on Computer Vision Strong programming skills in Python and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms Ability to build extendable, reproducible, and maintainable ML pipelines Strong product mindset, with the ability to connect technical and model improvements to user needs and measurable product impact Proactive approach and ability to identify and initiate technical and product improvements BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field Bonus Points Nice to have experience in anything mentioned in the Technical Stack section: C++ and etc. Experience deploying in edge (mobile, VR headset) devices Experience in shader creation (glsl, hlsl, etc.) MSc in CS, Math or related Hiring Process HR screening (30 min) Team Interview with Engineering Lead (30 min or 1 hour) Tech Interview (1 hour) CEO Interview (30 min) 💼 Explore our hiring process What We Offer Please note, that this is a fully remote contract role.
