About the Role
Account Management is where DataSnipper grows. Our EMEA Accounting AM team manages a book worth tens of millions in ARR across the region's leading audit and accounting firms, and we believe that book can double. The growth won't come from renewals that run themselves. It will come from moving customers onto our AI and Agents platform, defending against cheaper point solutions and free AI tools, and handling firms that keep acquiring each other.
As Senior Manager, Account Management – EMEA, you'll lead a team of 5 Account Managers, report to our EMEA Sales leader, and own retention, expansion and forecast accuracy for the region. This is a player-coach role in spirit. You'll be in the deals and in front of senior partners and executives, not managing from a dashboard.
Why DataSnipper
The best commercial opportunities don't come around every day. Selling technology that's transforming an entire industry is one of them.
We believe trust is essential to how society works. Every day, we rely on information that's been independently verified, from financial statements to the products we buy, to the sustainability claims companies make. Behind that trust are audit and finance professionals who examine evidence, verify information and hold organizations accountable.
At DataSnipper, we build AI solutions that empower those professionals to make those judgements. With Alwin by DataSnipper, our new agentic platform, AI agents now take on end-to-end audit and finance procedures, while every conclusion stays traceable to its source. That frees professionals to focus on the judgment and expertise that make their work so important.
We're trusted by Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and all Big Four audit firms. Today, more than 600,000 professionals across 3,000+ organizations in 175 countries rely on our platform, and in 2025 alone DataSnipper delivered more than $1.4 billion in productivity savings to its customers.
Backed by a $100 million Series B led by Index Ventures, at a $1 billion valuation, we've built a strong foundation for what's next. And as proud members of 1% for the Planet, we care about how we grow, not just how fast.
For our commercial teams, this is where things get exciting.
Alwin has just launched, demand is growing, and we're expanding into new markets and segments. With a product customers already rely on, there's a huge opportunity to make your mark.
If you're commercially driven, ambitious, and excited to build something bigger, this is you chance to help shape the future of audit and finance and accelerate your own career along the way.
What You Will Do
Lead and Build the Team
Lead, coach and develop a team of 5 AMs, with hands-on deal coaching on renewal strategy, negotiation and executive engagement
Raise the talent bar: make the calls on the existing team and hire native speakers for under-covered markets (Dutch, German, French, Spanish)
Rebalance books as account loads move from 200 per rep toward 110, so every AM has room to go deep
Own the Number
Own gross and net revenue retention, expansion and multi-year commitments across the EMEA Accounting book
Bring a strategic lens to renewals: move customers up-market on packaging and from legacy products onto our AI platform
Lead high-stakes negotiations with senior partners and executives at Europe's leading accounting firms, including network and multi-entity agreements, price increases, multi-year commitments and competitive displacement threats
Build and present business cases that tie DataSnipper to the outcomes partners care about: audit quality, capacity, margin and talent retention. Business conversations, not feature walkthroughs
Build Forecast Discipline
Build a renewal and expansion forecasting method that sees at least a full quarter out (today we see 2 months), ideally run in Gong
Run the operating cadence with your team and the CS leaders: renewal reviews, deal rooms and pipeline inspection
Be the Voice of the EMEA Customer
Partner with Customer Success on adoption and risk, with Product on what customers need from Agents, and with Marketing on firm-level programs
Bring sharp, data-backed insight on churn risk, competitor activity and pricing pressure to senior leadership
What You Bring
7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2–3 years leading an Account Management or renewals/expansion team (team leads ready to step up are welcome)
A track record of renewing and expanding a product that didn't sell itself. We want commercial operators, not relationship managers
Strong negotiation skills: you trade concessions for commitments, you don't give too much too early, and you've negotiated directly with economic buyers
Credibility with senior executives: you've had business value conversations with partners, CFOs or managing directors and built business cases with real numbers that won their approval
Deep discovery skills: you ask the 2nd, 3rd and 4th question until you reach the real business problem
A forecasting method you've actually run, and the discipline to inspect it weekly
Urgency and a competitive streak. You'd rather get on a plane to see the customer than send another email
Coachable, and able to coach others. You can name feedback that changed how you work
Experience moving customers onto AI products is a strong plus
Audit, accounting or professional services software experience is a strong plus
Fluent English required. Dutch, German, French or Spanish is a strong plus
What We Offer
Be part of one of the fastest-growing, profitable unicorn scale-ups in the Netherlands with a global impact
Equity (Stock Appreciation Rights) to share the company's success and growth
Pension plan with a 6% contribution on top of your base salary
28 vacation days per year (full-time) to support your work-life balance
Hybrid work model with at least 3 days onsite in our dynamic Amsterdam office
Daily, freshly prepared lunches by our in-house chef to keep you energized
NS business card for easy commuting to the office if applicable
Access to continuous learning and development initiatives to grow your skills
