Role: Senior Manager, Business Transformation
Business: CIRCOR Navy (US)
Location: Tampa, FL

Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Business Transformation will serve as a hands-on leader supporting CIRCOR Navy’s (U.S.) highest-priority transformation and value creation initiatives, primarily the operational transformation of our Tampa factory, with support for other transformation priorities as needs evolve. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Transformation, this role will lead the planning, execution, governance, analytics, and executive communication required to translate strategy into measurable results, including unlocking manufacturing capacity, increasing throughput, converting backlog, and enabling substantial revenue and earnings growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to join the transformation team of a KKR portfolio company, gain direct experience in private equity value creation, and contribute to a mission-critical business supporting the U.S. Navy. The role is well suited for high-performing professionals from consulting, banking, corporate strategy, rotational leadership development programs, or similarly rigorous environments seeking an operating role with the opportunity to demonstrate tangible value creation and EBITDA improvement.
