Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management (Operations) - India

Are you an experienced Clinical Data Management leader with a passion for operational excellence and developing high-performing teams? We are seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management (Operations) to lead our Clinical Data Management function, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-focused data management services across multiple global clinical studies. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Clinical Data Management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee operational delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Manage resource planning, utilization, performance, and departmental operations. Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance operational excellence. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a senior escalation point when required. Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and quality standards. Mentor team members and support their professional growth and career development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project and organizational objectives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Health, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years' experience in Clinical Data Management within the biopharmaceutical or CRO industry. At least 5 years of leadership or people management experience . Strong knowledge of Clinical Data Management processes, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements. Demonstrated experience leading operational teams, driving process improvements, and delivering exceptional client service. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High level of proficiency in English and Microsoft Office. Why Join Us?
