Job Description

The Senior Manager, Commercial Advanced Analytics is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of the Advanced Analytics work within the Advanced Analytics & Optimization team. Reporting to the Head of Advanced Analytics & Optimization, this role focuses on day-to-day delivery, and strong business partnership to translate global performance data into actionable insights that optimize omnichannel investment decisions and drive measurable commercial impact.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Direction
- Manage execution of the Advanced Analytics team’s priorities, ensuring work is aligned to business objectives and Advanced Analytics & Optimization priorities.
- Translate team-level direction into clearly defined, manageable bodies of work within assigned areas.
- Execute and deliver global omnichannel performance measurement and promotional investment analytics with a high standard of quality, consistency, and alignment to global standards and business requirements.
- Evaluate total portfolio performance across personal and non-personal channels, interpreting marketing mix modeling outputs and channel performance frameworks to surface actionable recommendations on promotional spend allocation and investment trade-offs.
- Identify repeatable optimization analyses and partner with global capability teams to convert them into scalable, standardized measurement solutions that reduce manual effort and improve speed to insight.
- Coordinate execution across stakeholders to ensure work progresses as planned, issues are identified early, and commitments are met.
- Use performance insights and stakeholder feedback to monitor progress, surface risks, and support prioritization decisions within scope.
- Track performance indicators for assigned workstreams, proactively resolving issues and escalating risks as appropriate.
- Apply standard CX approaches consistently and share feedback with team leadership to support continuous improvement.
Collaboration
· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define feature requests and enhancements, and advocate for prioritization with the Performance Optimization and Predictive Algorithms Global Capability Owners
· Collaborate with peers in the Advanced Analytics & Optimization team to coordinate activities, manage dependencies, and support smooth execution.
· Share insights, risks, and lessons learned with CX peers and team leadership to support alignment and continuous improvement.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of global omnichannel performance measurement, marketing mix modeling, and promotional analytics, including the tools, platforms, and processes used to deliver team services and capabilities.
- Experience in data science methodologies, and AI/ML modeling, including the tools, platforms, and processes such as Gemini, Sagemaker, RStudio, and AmazonQ.
- Strong execution skills in data governance, compliance requirements, and operational controls within regulated industries, and their implications for day-to-day execution.
- Experience working in Agile environments and capability-based operating models.
- Experience with marketing analytics and Power BI tools, marketing mix modeling platforms, and digital analytics solutions, and how they support promotional performance measurement and investment optimization across personal and non-personal channels.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics, marketing operations, omnichannel performance measurement, or promotional investment analysis, with demonstrated growth in functional expertise and delivery responsibility.
Preferred / Additional Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries preferred.
- Experience working in rare disease or specialty brands, with strong understanding of unique stakeholder dynamics.
Working Requirements:

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is:
$148,000.00 - $222,000.00Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.
At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz’s Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
