- Lead prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoff discussions that support investment and prioritization decisions.
- Identify opportunities, risks, dependencies, gaps, and concentration concerns, and suggest actions that support portfolio health and growth.
- Develop insights, scenarios, and decision-support materials that assist leaders in evaluating options and making informed decisions.
- Establish and evolve portfolio management frameworks, taxonomy, reporting standards, and planning processes that improve consistency and transparency.
- Improve tools, dashboards, reporting, and data access to increase visibility and support decision-making across the Digital business.
- Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and emerging opportunities to inform future planning and investment decisions.
- Build alignment across stakeholders by providing clear portfolio insights, recommendations, and decision-ready materials.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or a related area; equivalent experience will also be taken into account.
- 8+ years of experience in product operations, portfolio management, product management, long-term planning, business operations, program management, or a related function.
- Experience working with complex digital product, content, platform, or technology portfolios in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Understanding of Digital gaming businesses, including Social, RMG, iLottery, mobile gaming, or related digital product environments.
- Ability to connect product, commercial, financial, market, and operational inputs into clear portfolio insights and practical recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience supporting planning, prioritization, sequencing, investment, and portfolio tradeoff discussions with senior leadership.
- Analytical and structured problem-solver, comfortable working through complex, evolving, and distributed information.
- Skilled at coordinating portfolio-related work, managing competing priorities, and keeping alignment across functions.
- Strong collaborator management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority and build credibility across diverse teams.
- Clear communicator who can translate complex portfolio information into concise, executive-ready recommendations and materials.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI; actively interested in bringing to bear AI / Copilot to improve portfolio analysis, planning, reporting, and decision support.
