- Communicate technical decisions, delivery risks, and recommendations clearly to project and IT leadership.
Business Process Improvement
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution, and other business teams to translate requirements into practical ERP solutions.
- Lead discussions to identify process gaps, simplify workflows, and improve consistency across business functions.
- Help stakeholders evaluate tradeoffs between business requirements, standard system capabilities, and customization.
Integrations and Data
- Oversee ERP integrations with enterprise applications, warehouse systems, EDI platforms, and reporting tools to support dependable data flow.
- Lead the technical work for data migration, validation, and reconciliation to support accurate conversion and business readiness.
- Establish clear ownership, monitoring, and controls for integrations and data quality.
ERP Operations and Continuous Improvement
