We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Order Management to lead our Order Management function from contract execution through billing readiness.
This highly visible role combines team leadership, operational ownership, and deep systems expertise. The successful candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Salesforce and Sage Intacct and will lead improvements in integration, automation, data quality, controls, and scalability.
Systems expertise is central to this position. The successful candidate will bring strong functional knowledge of Salesforce and Sage Intacct, understand how customer and transaction data flows between the platforms, and identify opportunities to strengthen integrations, automate workflows, improve data quality, and reduce manual intervention.
What You’ll Do

Lead and develop the Order Management team.
Establish consistent processes, service levels, controls, documentation, and escalation procedures.
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex and non-standard transactions.
Monitor order backlogs, aging, and exceptions that could delay billing.
Drive accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end execution.
Own Salesforce and Sage Intacct Processes
Serve as the functional subject-matter expert for Salesforce and Sage Intacct within the order-to-cash process.
Understand how customer, contract, product, pricing, order, and billing data moves between the systems.
Investigate cross-system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate sustainable solutions.
Translate business needs into functional requirements for system enhancements.
Lead or support process design, testing, UAT, implementation, validation, and user adoption.
Improve reporting and exception management for transactions requiring manual intervention.
Drive Automation and Continuous Improvement
Identify integration gaps, manual workarounds, duplicate entry, spreadsheet dependencies, and data-quality issues.
Maintain a prioritized roadmap of system and process improvements.
Increase automation and straight-through processing across order creation, validation, approvals, data transfer, and billing readiness.
Measure results from implemented improvements.
Support broader quote-to-cash and order-to-cash transformation initiatives.
Strengthen Controls and Data Quality
Maintain effective controls over order creation, changes, approvals, interfaces, and supporting documentation.
Establish accountability for critical customer and transaction data.
Strengthen reconciliations and exception reporting between Salesforce and Sage Intacct.
Support internal and external audits.
Partner with Revenue Accounting on unusual contractual terms while maintaining separation between operational processing and technical accounting decisions.
Measure and Improve Performance
Establish and improve metrics for:
Processing time, backlog, and aging
First-pass accuracy, exceptions, and rework

Manual versus automated volumes
Touchless processing
Salesforce-to-Sage Intacct integration and data-quality issues
Results delivered by system and process improvements
